EVO 3 exhaust-solution to 3-5k super drone
 

After getting the EVO 3 exhaust, I found I couldn't live with the horrible drone from 3-5k. I tried taking out the silencers many times, but just couldn't take the extreme vibration/drone in the cabin. I have had many, many cars and "loud" exhausts, but not that hurt my ears and inside as much as the EVO 3 without the silencers. After enough flack from my tuner and installing Crawford power blocks, I decided to try removing just one silencer and seeing how it sounded. Wow! It's loud, but the crazy resonance that hurt my insides from 3-5k is no where near as bad. I can completely live with the sound now. I know the exhaust flow has to be much improved and I can cancel my plans to buy a new exhaust! With the tip's inside being coated with black exhaust soot, you can't even see the difference! Just wanted to pass on the tip! :D
