whats up people. im coming to Hickam this weekend for 2 weeks. is there anyone that can tell me whats fun to do or any way to check out the import scene over there?

Sorry, I didn't know that the Hawaii subsection was this dead.

Anyway, import scene wise, there are events throughout the year but I don't think there are any within your 2 week time frame.

I know that there should be a FR-S owners meetup coming soon, if you have a car, maybe you can check them out.

Fun things to do here: go hiking; Hawaii has a couple nice and scenic paths you can take. Surfing/beach life is a thing here.

Visit Zippys, get a zip pac. convert. ??. profit.

A very popular local restaurant to eat at :D they do "fast-food" as well as dine in if you feel like staying

There is the shenanigans of Saturday night at Moanalua Shopping Center. Dunno if its still going on and/or to what extent. I went a few times to spectate. If you keep it low profile and don't do anything stupid then it's amusing to watch and you wont get into trouble.
I followed along some when it moved onto the freeway and saw a bonehead in a MKIV Supra blow by me like I was going in reverse and then get pulled over by a motorcycle cop who was going ballistic on him. Could hear him yelling, and this was as we were going by at freeway speed! Pretty stupid move because the cops know the routine, but boneheads are boneheads!
Oh, and go walk Waikiki on Halloween, it's Friday so it should be going off even more! There should be some pretty nice eye candy!

Oh, and I dunno about Zippy's, I guess its alright.

If you want a pretty defining Hawaii plate lunch, go check out Rainbow Drive In. May not necessarily be the best in certain things, but its well known and pretty good and cheap, and pretty easy to find. I personally like the BBQ Pork. The boneless chicken is popular, but it doesn't really do it for me. I actually haven't tried the Loco Moco there. Loco Moco is a popular Hawaii heartattack on a plate thing. Bunch of rice, hamburger patty(s), topped with easy over egg(s), smothered in gravy, oh yeah!
