I'm just going to leave this here...

No thanks.

The only headlights I would even consider other than the OEM BRZ headlights would be Spec D, but even the Spec Ds have ugly turn signals IMO. Tom's tail lights are the perfect compliment to them in the rear. Everything else just seems over-the-top (aka rice).

It's not often that manufacturers nail it from the factory, especially on things like headlights. But, in my opinion, Subaru got it right with the headlights. The only thing I changed was I put a chrome-amber bulb in the turn signal that way it doesn't reflect an amber tint during the day when looking at them (it still emits amber).

@v86

Thanks for posting. That's solid handiwork.

The halos on the headlamps are really well done here. Having a tailight to match makes the design more cohesive so good job by the modder.

As far as the notion that only 1 style of taillight is "perfect" for the front and the rest are rice is rubbish. The more styles and permutations of styles out there the better. Evolution baby, you can't stop it.

I've seen these tail lights before somewhere around here, they are custom JDM spec tail lights which are not cheap at all. As in $1200, which covers the cost of you shipping your stock lights to a guy in Japan, he mods it, and ships it back.

Pretty sure there's a thread on this already.

I love those tails and am currently working on a pair myself. It's much cheaper to DIY than to buy an aftermarket piece.
