Advice about dealership mishap!
http://[URL=http://s1123.photobucket...h_image1-1.jpg
So I went in this morning for my first oil change...when I got the car back, I did a walk around but i didn't check throughly...I get home to discover a gash on my rear bumper and my rear spat, it looks like a tech bumped into it with something...what should I do now? I already drove the car out the dealership, will they believe that it wasn't me how caused the damage? http://<a href="http://s1123.photobu...h_image1-1.jpg[/IMG] |

Bring it in to them and tell them it wasnt there when you dropped it off. If they are a good dealership they will fix it for you. |

Go back to them and tell them what you noticed. Be civil about it and they should help out by getting you a new spat for free or at a discounted price.

I just called and basically it's what I feared, my word versus theirs...they basically said since I was "in and out" (from the line to the service rack) there's no way to prove it was their fault...he suggested I come back on Monday to speak with the service manager to see what they can do, but I have a feeling that they won't do anything to fix it...

That's barely noticeable… More likely you did it yourself, I would just forget about it.

Are you married? Is your wife hot?
If yes, yes, have her take it back. |

I had my GF drive my old car to get an oil change once when I had a migraine and couldn't see straight. Got the oil change for free and they gave her like 4 free touchless car wash tickets and cleaned the entire interior |
