I think there's enough proof here to justify banning and forcing him to clear his name than become another case where mods are given a lead early but fail to act before many get scammed. I hope people do their research first in all purchases as the mods can only help so much but if it waddles, quacks and looks duckly...you know.

It's also his only means of communication with users here. I doubt anyone that looks at his threads will PM him to buy something.
Him having an account still really doesn't have a negative (besides the desire to ban him for revenge? Since banning him would have such a drastic impact on his personal life..... not...) and with his threads edited anyone who PMs him to buy something when his posts read "SCAMMER See this thread:" almost deserve to get scammed. The positive is that if it's a misunderstanding he can at least contact people.
I fully admit that I want to see the best in people but the evidence is stacking up quite a bit. If he logs in again and doesn't respond then I will ban him. |
