I'm just being overly generous with my lack of certainty that he's a bad person.

Very Odd?

How is this still in debate? He claimed he had two cars his and his girlfriends. Then he was selling both of there OFT's. However he took payment from five members.... I don't see how he could be seen as honest even in the slightest.

File a dispute, you can still do that via gift. My friend done it before.

LOL find him and ask him to give back the money lol. I sent him the money the first time, then he refunded it, saying he refunded the wrong person. Then requested it as gift, but i noticed that and changed it to goods, then sent payment and never heard from him again.

Red flag right here! He did the same thing to me, he said he refunded me on accident since he wanted to refund cop, he told me i sent payment first. But he never asked for it gifted though.

Same here too. He said he hadn't sold it yet so paid him paypal. Have waited a week no tablet. Email him and No responds. Just file a claim with paypal. I didn't post on the thread, just pm'd him.

This is Norcal86 email that he want PayPal sent to. Just want to put this out there and see if people got different email from him.

"In case he's not scamming"? I think there's enough proof here to justify banning and forcing him to clear his name than become another case where mods are given a lead early but fail to act before many get scammed. I hope people do their research first in all purchases as the mods can only help so much but if it waddles, quacks and looks duckly...you know.
