I'm "old school" when it comes to buying things... Have to see what I'm getting and try to avoid / hate "mail order" hassles should something go wrong. While at first fears became reality, one of the LED's wouldn't work, the crew at Diode Dynamics came thru with flying colors: I called them, didn't get voicemail but a real person, easy, no hassle, resolution, immediate shipment of replacements, return shipping label and package provided. The new LED's (7443, SMD 27 Amber Turn Signals) work great. Communication (updates / status) via email was constant and excellent.

While the entire process took much longer thru the mail / shipping process than it would with a local retailer, they could not have possibly made it less painful, all things considered.

The customer service at Diode is excellent. My Lord, they really do implement the "customer is always right" policy.
