DIY: Homemade Cabin Air Filter from Filtrete
Here is quick description how I made Cabin Air Filter from Filtrete. I picked Filtrete Odor Reduction 16x25 from local store for $14. FR-S filter size is around 7"x7", so basically I divided Filtrete in half. Pictures are self explanatory. I made 2 filters for FR-S (7x7) and 2 for my Camry hybrid (size 8x9). I wanted to find plastic frame where I would put filter, but I did not find anything that would suit for this project. |
