Sooo I posted in the drift thread before but I'm pretty sure more people will see it here. Has anyone thought of doing something like this yet? It would be pretty interesting and different from everyone else but I don't think I would have the balls to cut my car up like this.... Thoughts?

MstrSHAKE 10-11-2014 12:29 PM

Thoughts? Kill it with FIRE.

shellslinger 10-11-2014 12:29 PM

Why?

There is a reason the elCamino died.

Those cars were hatches.

They were already half done.

And probably on their fourth motor.

Consider that you can rent a pickup from U-Haul for around 20 USD. http://www.uhaul.com/Trucks/Pickup-Rental/BP/

If anyone sold a Ute over here I would have bought one, but instead I'm making-do with a wagon. There isn't a small truck sold in America small enough to substitute, and my old Ford Ranger completely rusted out.

Troll thread? Troll thread.

I was expecting to see 86 playing cards on the ground

Toyobaru architecture doesn't make sense to do this, the amount of work to get it fabricated properly would be so much that you'd be better off importing a ute from Australia and going off the 'show and display' law or whatever.

That being said I would definitely buy a real Ute, as has been mentioned above, nobody makes a true small truck anymore so here I am trying to find a reliable reasonably priced wagon that was made in the last decade.

I like your signature:
"Racecar spelled backwards is Racecar, because Racecar"

I never noticed "racecar" was the same backwards. I've learned something new today.
