Carbon fiber mirror cover glue type?

The double sided tape that came with the covers show too much gap so I'm thinking of just gluing them onto the mirror. Would any super glue be find? Or do I need a special type?:thanks:

Unless you can key both surfaces, I would use a cyanoacrylate with the highest shear strengh possible.
Otherwise separation can occur with time and vibration.
