Looking for a GT 86 Badge
I've seen it on a Web Site somewhere, and I think it was Amazon, but I cannot find it again to save my life. I want to change out the "FR S" on the bottom right trunk lid, with a GT 86 Badge, NOT the emblem. I have the ultramarine color, and what I really want to do is place in the center of my back bumper "GT 86" in vinyl. I've talked to my vinyl graphics guy, and I explained the color had to compliment the Ultramarine, BUT also, I wanted the decal to look as if it was factory installed, like it was sent to the dealership from the factory with this decal installed on the back bumper. My 2009 Mustang GT Convertable had "Mustang" pressed into the rear bumper, and I liked it a lot. A lot of people ask me every day "What is that" and I tell them it's an FR S also known as a GT 86. Although I like GT 86 a lot more than saying its an FRS i'd like to put that on the rear bumper, Since that personalized license plate has been taken. Has anyone else done this? How did it turn out, any Ideas are welcome. My Vinyl Guy sent me a sample thought of a 22 inch long decal, with the GT in Grey and the 86 in Red, and the first thing I noticed was the "8" was the wrong Font, but then I want it to look classy, not sporty. I may eventually change out the Scion Emblems with the "86" chrome emblems, but want to change out the FR S with the "GT 86" chrome emblem sooner rather than later. If you've seen the chrome emblem i'm talking about, can you post a picture so I can give to my graphics guy to get the Font corrected, and if you've seen any other ideas close to what i'm talking about, can you please post a picture, especially on ultramarine color so I can form some better ideas. thanks for your help and ideas, I really like your forum. :thumbup:
