10th Annual Mach V Track Day Nov. 8-9 2014

We're sponsoring another NASA HPDE weekend at Summit Point, WV. Mach V customers, friends, and fans will have a special paddock area where we can all hang out. We'll have some special goodies to give away.

The date: November 8-9, 2014.

There are groups for drivers of all experience levels, from advanced drivers, to rank novices. Anyone can drive. Note that this weekend is HPDE ONLY, no regular NASA race classes except Time Trials, so there will be more track time for HPDE. Racers, plan to come spectate! Or you can always do Time Trials.

I'll be there and running in TTD, would be great to have some more twins at the track, especially in TTD if anyone else has their TT license.

It was a little cold Saturday morning, but we had lovely weather and saw some old friends, and made some new ones.

I brought our 2015 WRX, which performed on track without complaint.

Josh, I was at 82 mph by the end of the curbing exiting T10, and I hit 121 mph at brake marker 4 entering T1. So that's about a 39 mph delta.

I think your tune has kicked in and you are now making more power than I am (~185whp on a more humid day than this weekend). Looking at my data, I'm only picking up about 34-35 mph from the exit of the curbing to about brake marker 3. I'm definitely interested in seeing your results if you get it dyno'd again, I bet you are making over 190whp now.

Only thing is, I was running a mix of 93/100 octane in the tank to prevent detonation so the ECU was probably running max timing for the tune (93 octane OFT stage 2). That might not be possible on straight 93.
