Overheating of central part of cabin between seats

Hello, I've have a problem with my GT86 is only 275km of milage, there is a big Overheating of central part of cabin between seats just down of the manual transmission and part of the floor of right seat, the car is now in the dealer, I'm thinking could be the transmission or maybe an exhaust problem, Does anyone had this problem or this is normal?

Thanks

I have an AT, the transmission tunnel hump does get very warm, which I think is pretty normal. The fluid in the transmission doesn't have anywhere to go, and even though the AT has a transmission cooler, people who've set up temperature sensors are reporting 200+ degrees. I imagine the MT trans fluid gets just as hot.

Thanks for your reply, I can assume that this is normal, I was looking for information on the forum and it seems that is normal according to some cases, I'll wait for the response toyota dealer and test how it goes
