My new addition

Well last week I finally gave in and got an Evo from a friend who works at the Mitsubishi dealer.

I wanted a base MR, but there was only one MR left and none coming in anytime soon, or possibly ever if the final editions are pre-order only our snatched up instantly.

The one left had every possible option... nearly 10k worth of bling...
Which I didn't really want.

But it was in the color I really wanted.
So, my friend was able to convince them to sell it for base MR price :-)

Anyway, I love it! Here it is. I've affectionately named it Storm Trooper.

Nice! I see keep driving by a gray EvoX at the local Ford dealer. I want to take it out for a test drive, but I know I would never trade in my frs for one.

If I could justify having 2 newer cars, I would really consider an Evo.

LOVE white on the X

So jealous, wanted to trade my 8 in for an x before getting the FRS

Yeah, If I could have kept the FR-S I would have stripped it out to be purely a track car.
I was fine commuting in it to work, but the family kind of hated it lol...

My wife always complained that it made her nauseaus riding in it.
It was also wearing on me shoving my son in the back and never being able to take anyone anywhere.

Well you got one more year :)

I love the white on this car! I was searching for Octane Blue initially but totally changed my mind when I saw the white in person.

Nice pick up... I heard that the upcoming '15 Evo won't have the Recaro seats because of some safety regulation, correct?

Bad ass car!! M

Sideways&Smiling 10-05-2014 11:48 AM

Congrats. The Evo is the one car that really makes me consider going AWD, though I would probably try to scoop an Evo 9 to save a little $$$.

The engines in these things looooove to make power.

NICE! Yeah, I really wanna ride in this :)
