From the other installs I've seen, the bumper should be the only part modified.

I thought about using Dzus fasteners, but these just looked cleaner. I'm going for a combo of form and function. And in my case, I don't consider it pointless. I want my bumper to line up properly.

Honestly I've never had a problem. Lucky maybe? Not sure but it lines up the same as it did when it was new. Maybe mine is just bad fitment from the factory so I haven't noticed it being different :)
DZUS is junk compared to camlocks, tridairs, etc :)

definitely interested! Keep us posted!

Interested, but not likely to buy in at that price.

My bumper has been off maybe 4 times in the past 4 years, it doesn't latch on to the tabs at all now. Maybe my intercooler is causing a tight fit, I don't know, but other stock guys have the same issue as well.

I'm in the same boat as you. I've only had my bumper off a couple of times, but I figure in my case it's partly the intercooler and partly the relocated washer resevior.

I'm hoping the price will come in lower than the guess. But I'd rather estimate higher and drop the price than lower and have to increase.

Keep in mind the quik latch fasteners cost $24-28 a pop + if you desire the tension spring setup which is worth it... Rest of the cost would be making your own brackets and materials for them. So its more than a $100 easily in parts/material. Not to mention the time/headache you may spend getting it right the first time.

I'm interested... My bumper comes off more than the average Joe for sure and I'll pay for the convenience and cleanliness of their past setups. Not to mention my undertray and bumper are not attached to each other and I'm deleting my sidemarkers. So underhood hardware removed, 4 quick latches, and 6 wheel well plastic fasteners ftw

So I just received an update from Move Over Racing.

They've lined up a couple of people to test fit/develop the kit. They're quite happy with the response so far and are "getting this going sooner rather than later". That's great news.

They've offered up the possibility of a group buy and are hoping to have the prototype done within a month.

My hesitation to buy in at over 200 is based on their previous group buy for the Veloster guys where it was 165 for billet aluminum, 180 for black, 195 for red or blue.

At 180 for black, I am all in.

I think we'll be able to get close to that price, but that's dependent on how many people we get.

Again, let me reiterate. I am not affiliated with this company in any way. I just saw the possibility of them mfg a product I was interested in and asked them about it. Then volunteered to try and help get the ball rolling for totally selfish reasons....

Let's hope they pull through this time, I asked them back in Nov 2013 and this was their reply.

"Yes we should have something in the next couple weeks. they are around 200"

I hope so. They seem pretty motivated this time.
