Masterkey replacement
 

I bought my FRS with only the valet key. No fob. I want a fob for keyless entry and obviously it needs to start the car too. I don't like the price the dealer quoted me. I saw an automotive locksmith today who could not get his computer to program the car to recognize a new (non OEM Toyota) key. He didn't know why as his literature says he should be able to.

Has anyone else had this problem?
Does anyone have a suggestion that can solve my problem without the dealership robbing me?
