It is what you would kind of expect from a made in china fog like kit, i do plan on selling the wire harness and switch, as i have no use for the switch anyways.

as i will be making my own harness and will be controlling them with the BRZ stalk

here is what i found concerning.

On the last picture, the fog on the right looks like its not sealed all around, while the fog on the right looks like they went overboard on sealing the glass on the housing. now i am very eager to installing them but i don't want condensation build up inside the bulbs as it is starting to cool down here in socal.

Should i contact winjet about their quality control? they are like 10 minutes away from where i live.

Edit: i found that the screws that was included were rubbish , a trip to home depot for some screws washers, and nuts would fix that.

Contact the vendor your purchased it from or winjet to see if they can get you a replacement. Never hurts to try.

I just installed mine a couple weeks or so haven't washed my car with them on yet. Keep this post updated and let us know what winjet says!

I purchased the yellow tinted Winjet foglights from FT-86 Speedfactory awhile back. They have been through heavy rain, car washes and so far 50 degree weather. The lenses cracked the first week owning them though, and they have been working just fine. I do commute on the expressway very often which explains why they cracked. I didn't think though it would have been that easily.

Within the first week?? I wonder how long mine would last then

E-mailed winjet, no response
contacted vendor, awaiting further action,
so i can see why some people would have cracked winjet fogs, their glass is so soft, i literally chipped off a piece of glass with my finger nail.

i would not recommend winjet fogs, i rather spend a little more money and get better than Chinese knock offs
