Thanks for not letting the trolls keep you down. For everyone one of them, there are dozens of people reading that don't post often :)

Back on the dyno with another one...

This is the first time EcuTek has actually seen one of these cars in person.

Today they plan testing a number of important new maps.

I also heard something about shift light?

Results later ;)

Cant wait :) Its awesome the amount of aftermarket support coming out for this car in such a short amount of time. Its awesome. For a new car from the ground up, having ECU tuning being close to release this soon is amazing.

Hopefully the fruits of their labour will be on my car soon.

This is our new development vehicle :) We had it delivered straight to EcuTek for more work. I'm sure they'll take it gently with just 16miles on the clock! ;)

It had 11 miles on it when they took it off the trailer.

So 5 miles should be easy ! ;)

Thanks again to Iain @ Litchfield for speeding up development on this platform.

We have been studying the software for a while and can't wait to get started :) New Exhaust to be fitted next week and new wheels and prototype suspension are already here

Now that I know where and how it won't be a problem next time at the dyno.

If you have J-spec hands like me, you can also get the rpm pick up on the driver side coil pack wires off cylinder 2, there is just enough room to between the head and the frame.

For tach signals on the dynos, do you look for any specific wire? I referenced the wiring diagrams and made some quick pics for reference of the coil wires... I know in the remote start industry we can usually use these, however we are "learning" the brain to voltages and such thru programming.

Maybe these help...?

White with black tracer if I recall correctly is usually the coilpack ground for toyota's. I don't remember specifically what color tracer the FR-S has, but I do remember using the white wire.
