Identify these rays wheels?
 

I know I made a thread to identify some enkei wheels earlier this morning, but just came upon a set of rays locally that may be a good deal.

He claims they are authentic. 18x7.5. Offset +38 Great condition. Need tires. Is $400 a good price? What are they?

Considering these retailed for $3,600 back in the day, yes, $400 is literally a steal and a very good price.
