I've purchased from Tony a few times and he definitely fills a niche here in Portland. The strip-mall style shop has a showroom overflowing with goodies, from hard to find JDM parts to tacky boyracer add-ons. He offers very competitive pricing on parts, sometimes better than I can find on the internet, but sometimes the service is lacking. If you have done your homework and want a good price on a special order, or if you just want to find something cool IN STOCK in Portland, then swing by.

EDIT LATER IN THE DAY: I stopped by Speed Concept to see if they had any 5x100 wheels in stock. I ended up buying a set of Rota Torques off the showroom floor for $100 cheaper than I could find on eBay! I gotta say, I'm not impressed with the swap meet feel of this store, but there is a lot of cool stuff available at good prices.

I popped into Speed Concept over the weekend to grab a set of lug nuts and... wow their remodel looks amazing. Def new look - no more "swap meet" ambiance. They regularly keep Rota wheels in stock, and at a good price.

I have lots of experience with them, a few of my buddies had full car builds through them and showed with them (team innovations) they've tried to recruit me several times but I just don't like the vibe they give off. They talk a lot of smack and quality is eh. The shop owners civic is clean but nothing crazy. They do have a great deal on any Rotas though. Anything else ill find/install my self or use a higher end shop like PRE that has proven builds ect.

Man, I used to go here back in the day. Probably one of the longest known shops I'm aware of that are still at the same location. Do they have BRZ parts?

They just got a new owner (Hong) and remodeled the showroom.. It looks a lot better now.
