Can Springs be Sold Prorated?
 

So I bought a used set of B&G springs through the forum this past month and when they were finally delivered, my dad signed for them even though the package was half the weight of the original receipt and missing two springs… of course because my dad signed for it USPS is saying I'm SOL so I was wondering if any distributors will sell just the two rear springs?
