how cna i contact flossy shop? i don't get any answer from them...

hey fellas!

i ordered a shift knob like 5 days ago.
i've received the order confirmation and also paid straight away with paypal.

i also sent them the picture of the custom engraving i want.
until this day i have yet to receive an answer/confirmation from them.

whats up with that?
is the company trustworthy?
does anyone have a contect e-mailadress?

i've sent emails to: info@theflossysite.com, bossfloss@theflossysite.com and info@shopflossy.com

no answer...

They have a habit of not responding to people who want custom engraving. I'd get my money back if you still can.

Maybe Moddiction can help you. Flossy seems to have gone hit-or-miss recently. Good luck.

Cancel it as fast as you can.

Dispute with Paypal - that's the easiest way to get them to either contact you or get your money back.

Took me about a month from ordering to get a tracking number out of flossy.

If you keep emailing him every few days he will probably respond to you eventually.

Probably

Its been 5 days? I understand that he doesn't respond very quickly but if you want the product it will come you just need to wait.

If you don't want to wait more than a few weeks then I'd get a refund

He still deserves a reply to his emails, that is just basic customer service.

Give it at least two weeks. When I asked him after 10 days had gone by he said it can take up to 2 weeks to fulfill a custom order. Otherwise, service was ok.

srizzors25 09-19-2014 05:54 PM

I heard people had complaints with them but I got custom engraving done. I contacted them before I placed the order and then right after to confirm, I received my shift knob in about a weeks time. This was almost 2 weeks ago.

Do you have the right contact information?
