Is this normal?

I have a 2013 FRS 10 Series and no matter what USB drive or mp3 player I use it will only play the first 252 files. Is this normal? I took it in for service and used the same usb drive in the loaner camry andit played all 1200 songs. Any info would be appreciated.

Yes it is normal. Limitation of our stereo. Use folders to organize your music. Then only the fake random mode will be left to annoy you.
