Supercharger on automatic cars
Are superchargers (not turbo chargers) bad for a car with an automatic car? Im sorry if thats a stupid question. Thanks.

Well...simple answer for bolt-on smog legal superchargers is "No". Now if you're looking at uber high powered FI setups, then you may want to determine what your goals are. :)

Neither is bad for an automatic car. All depending on what kind of power you want out of it. Remember wheel torque is what kills transmissions not wheel horsepower.
