Daily driven with upgrade specs

Hello guys, just got my Ft86 a month ago. I'm new to this kind of thing and this is going to be the first car that I am going to upgrade. I need some recommendations and ideas of how should I upgrade this car that can be used mostly as daily driven and at some point is performing better on track as well.

First, what kind of suspensions upgrade that you can recommend that feels smoother than the OEMs? Because when the car hit bumps it feels like I'm sitting on a pile of rocks.

Second, if I'm going for 17x8 rims, what kind of tires size that I should be choosing? I've read some would recommends 225, 235, 245, but I just want the sidewall that is properly fit with the rims lip because in my country the low profile setup isn't allowed =( Also, will it be a bit hard to go sideways compare to the factory wheels?

Third, does upgrading a turbo will affect the engine compression in a bad way? Heard that from some Youtube channels anyway. Planning to go for FBM kit becoz I want some choo choo choo going on but if it's going to vandalizing my engine, perhaps I would hold that thought.

Your ideas and suggestions is truly appreciated :) Thanks!
