How do dealerships deal with sales and test-drives of this car for winter? (tires.)

These cars come with summer tires, you can't allow potential customers to test-drive or even buy the car with summer tires mounted, right? You can't assume that all your buyers know the difference between summer and winter tires, right?

How does this work, exactly?

Stop-sale until spring rolls around?
