Another Jerk

The Ferrari guy is no longer bothering me. However there is another asshole, the Volkswagen Jetta bully. Basically this guy is a miserable turd. He's very arrogant and cocky; always thinks he's right. ALWAYS. On top of that, he's always being a hypocrite and bashes on my religion. He's driven drunk before and backed into a parked car and left without leaving any information (I've tried telling the police about this). As you can conclude, he's an awful human being.

Anyway, you all know how much I love my 86. This jerk just doesn't understand the saying, "live and let live". He's always bashing on Toyota and my car, saying that it's a sh*t company and that his car is much better because it's German. He knows nothing about cars yet he is talking like he knows everything. He says that my car is going to blow up while driving (according to him, all Toyotas do). His car is really abused and says if I swiped a pole with my bumper like he did with his, my car would be totaled because it's a "piece of crap Toyota".

He came over once when I was sitting in my car and he had his keys in his hand. He puts his hands on the window sill and the keys left a bunch of scratches on the paint. I asked him if he could not touch the car and he got all offended. He says my car is crap anyway and asked why I bothered to keep it so clean. Being a teenager, my first response was to tell him to FCK OFF. He left all butthurt.

Couple of days later, he invites himself into my passenger side and puts his dirty shoes/feet UP ON THE DASH. I tell him to get out of my car and he does so but he also scratches up the interior by pulling out his backpack. Then he proceeds to knock all around the car and ask me why I'm so OCD about my car. My response is the same as before.

Later that day, I walk out to my car and find that there is a bunch of pinecones on my car. Guess who THREW them on there. There was also some stuff on my hood. The next day he asks me if I enjoyed the gifts he left for me. I asked what the stuff on my hood was because it had eaten it's way into the clear coat. He told me that he had spit on my hood and that there was many more where that came from. I've tried talking to the school faculty/authorities about this, but they said nothing can be done about the car because there is so hard evidence that it was him. He denies all accusations.

So my 86/BRZ friends, what do I do now?

And yes I do realize that I live in a city with some pretty crappy people.

Why haven't you called the cops? If someone was doing that to my car I would lose my shit.

Also, lol at him beating up on Toyota when he owns a VW.

Let's bring together the socal 86 mob.

I have, they can't do anything since there is no evidence

Buy a dash cam? I'm not sure what to tell you. I'd be pissed if I were in your situation. Maybe start bagging on his car? He's already ruined your hood, its not like he'll stop there.

Beat his ass, key his car, spit/pinecone his car, spray paint his car, (if he leaves his window down) fill his car with water, ect.

Gunman 09-11-2014 11:43 PM

School have a security cam of the parking lot? I'd be doing something to get evidence of vandalism.

He doesn't care about his car. AT ALL. As shown by the broken bumpers, scratches, dents, etc

Can't believe I read all of that... It's high school, dude. If kids think you're a spoiled kid (which you probably are) driving a nice car, you'll automatically be put in a certain class and they'll give you shit for it. Stick to your social circle, keep your mouth shut and get good grades to make your parents happy.

cdrazic93 09-11-2014 11:52 PM

Ohhh boy, ok hurr weh goo...

Slash his tires
Key his car
Bend his mirror forward
(If possible) buy a boot and put it on his wheel, tape key to underside of catalytic converter facing up into the cabin
SoCal 86 mob his wheels off...leave him on the blocks

Oh oh good idea; print off a bunch of panflets about recalls and reliability records for both VW and Toyota and stick them all over his car, with a sheet of paper asking which is better now?

Atticus808 09-11-2014 11:59 PM

If I were anybody but myself, I would totally agree with you. However, most of the students at my school have new Mercedes and BMWs (few of us drive non-luxury cars). There's a student that now has a Ferrari

I've saved up for years to be able to make a down payment on my 86. I still work to help make the monthly payments. And I have good grades (how? Weellll I have no social life).
