Canceling Extended Warranty
 

So like the title says, has anyone had any experience with canceling the extended warranty? I decided to get it at the time becuase I was offered a good deal but since then ive decoded to take the car into the realm of FI. How does one go about doing it? Will I recover much money back? Is it even worth it at this point ( 1 year 3 months, 23k miles)?

You will get a pro-rated version of the warranty back. If 4 years is left on a 5 year extended warranty, you will get 80% of the funds back.

And if you are financing the car, you will get it as principal reduction, not a cash refund.
