Different wide bodies?

I was going to go for the Rocket Bunny Wide fenders but everyone's set up is a wheel at 9.5 inches or above for width, and I don't know if I wanna have enough rubber to cover the whole thing. I dunno why I never realized it but it's gonna kill my gas mileage and with it being a DD, it doesn't really help me.

So my question to you folks is are there any other wide body kits that add like an inch or so instead 3-4 like the RB does? I want the wide body look but I'd like to fit 18x8 in them wide just some spacers perhaps. Thank you!

as always, sorry if this was already posted, tapatalk has literally the shittiest search function I've ever seen.

RB fenders add 2" front and 2.5" rear only. You can get Todoroki front fender replacement with 30mm which is 1.2" wider. Aimgain widebody fenders add 30mm (1.2") front and 40mm (1.6") rear. C-west has a 10mm (0.4") wider front fender. Or you can pull your front and rear fenders for another 1/2" to 3/4".

Thanks dude! I think I may give the aimgain a look then.. I would love a direct replacement like those todorokis but only for the front? I feel it'd look weird

if you're going to be rolling only on 8" width wheels, what's the point of widebody? the stock body fits my 9" wheels just fine with +38 offset. a widebody with 8" width wheels will just look awkward since the tires wont be as fat either like 275s or something

I'm running spacers. I want a wide body look without killing my gas mileage

Is the gas mileage going to suffer as bad as you think it is???

From what I heard people going to simply just grippier tires took off about 2mpg. Running super thick tires would be worse.

I'm running 18x10 +40 all around on stock fender and ran a 245/35 tire up front and 255/35 tire in the rear. I got 35mpg going to New Jersey and 31mpg back to Chicago. I don't see any detrimental effects of the wider tire.

Whoaaa that's crazy!

How does the handling feel?

Any dip in how the torque feels?

Do you have a manual?

What internal mods do you have?

There was no torque on the car to start with so no point in going balls out all the time. I have a manual with only catback exhaust system.

Cool thank you for the reply. Are you pretty happy with the setup?
