FBM Stage 3 BIG BORE 2.19 Liter Shortblock

Here is something we are testing. It is our stage 3 Big Bore 2.19 liter motor.

With the success of our stage 1 and stage 2 short blocks. We have decided to test a stage 3 block. Our stage 3 will feature a 90mm - 90.25mm bore combined with our iron sleeve that are machined and installed to our specs.

We hope to have results with back to back comparison shortly.

Just what I've been looking for. Can't wait to see further details.

Im not sure if the open deck concerns me...does that really matter much anymore in modern engines these days? This seems to make great power but its fully open. The EJ was semi closed IIRC.

This with a stroker kit, 90mm square, would be great.

whats the estimated power rating, how will this line up with stock trans, will it be able to use the same ecu and wiring, weight, engine postion compared to stock...

Really? Did u seriously just ask that?
An increase in piston diameter will in no way affect transmission fitment, wiring, or engine position

The open deck design really helps with cooling and being that the oem sleeves are very thick to begin with.. I would't be concerned about it.

That is correct, nothing will need to be changed. Why is your signature not updated ?? ;)
