Which frontpipe to reduce drone?

I know this is a topic that has probably been beat to death, but I am interested in two specific companies, and haven't been able to find much info on either.

I cant handle the drone of my TopSpeed (Evo 3 clone) catback. I already have 25sqft of Rattle Trap coming to deaden the trunk, but I am afraid it wont be enough. I am looking at ether the dual resonated HKS front pipe, or the Ark R spec with its Helmholtz resonator. Or if any other options would work better, please advise. Thanks!

I'm interested in this too. I'm still running the stock front pipe, but would like to run aftermarket with the least drone possible.

Nameless Front Pipe with Catalytic Converter and Helmholtz Resonator eliminated the drone from an Equal Length Header with OFT V2.0 tune

Ark frontpipe with Helmholtz resonator killed the drone for me when I had an N1 exhaust with UEL header

Getting rid of drone? Put the stock front pipe back on or switch the cat back.

So I bought the Ark. I'll report back asa I get it, and get it installed.

Did the ark fix the drone?

Im in the same boat with the Agency power header and exhaust, going to get the ark fp with resonator

My questions are:
Front pipe with resinator? Or
Front pipe catted?

I have the High flow catted nameless with Helmholtz, it definitely worked as advertised.

I don't understand is drone that bad on these cars? I have a full catless system and I don't get this "drone" or maybe it doesnt bother me haha!! I do know if you keep a cat in your system it will keep it alot quiter and less raspy

I have a muffler delete currently and haven't really noticed the drone all that much anymore, I feel some people get used to it others don't. I had a friend of mine in the car the other day and she complained about how loud it was and how it gave her a headache at certain speeds  oops

Hahaha yeah good point! I heard my car vs a guy with a tomie (is that how you spell it? Haha) catback today and i was surprised mine wasn't much louder at all. I do have a legit muffler I guess but still I was surprised and how loud that catback is haha!

How much more does a cat in the FP contribute to reducing drone/rasp beyond just having a resonated FP? I've heard multiple points of view on this.
