switchback turn signal issues
My switchback turn signal led bulbs have issues when im using them during the day. They would blink white amber white instead of amber amber amber. When i switch my headlights on they work fine. It also works fine on the next setting below headlights on. At auto and off, they blink amber white amber white. It feels it might be blinking slightly faster too during the day. Anybody know if this is the bulb or the car? I installed a relay fix that came with my switchbacks instead of a resistor fix. Any feedback would be appreciated.

perhaps, wire taps gone bad or installed incorrectly.

These are the ones i bought. I have a 2015 frs so if anyone got these and installed on their car. Tell me about your experience if they work well during the day. The only way i get these to work properly during the day is to turn on the turn signal lights also. For now i think its just a quirk. Ill wait for some better ones and upgrade. in the meantime, id like to know if anyone got experience with the ones i got. |
You probably got a bad batch. http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=69631

We have been selling our A-tech Switchbacks and we have had no problems at all with our turn signal switchback LEDs. It may be a problem with the LED circuit.
