Stevinson's East Dealer experience?
 

Has anyone else here bought their FRS from Stevinson's East in Denver? If so, I'm curious what kind of experience you had with them...

I put down a deposit for a new Release Series 1.0 with them since they were top rating in almost every website. However, communication with them is just ridiculously bad. They've literally ignore 90% of my emails and calls after they got the deposit money. They've never contacted me once. I had to talk to a sales manager just to ask if allocations came out yet...

Haven't talked with them for around 4 weeks now, and I wanted to check in to see if they had a VIN or ETA on delivery, and they have ignored all my calls and emails in the last 4 days, and I'm STILL trying to simple get ahold of someone I've talked to.

I'm seriously considering cancelling my order with them at this point, simply because their lack of customer service is driving me insane.

Anyone have some tips to help this sale work out better? Or should I just drop them at this point and move to a different one?
