High Pitch Exhaust!

I have always been a fan of the high pitch exhaust note, and when I had my Lotus Exige S I found the perfect exhaust system. This system screamed and when you took your foot of the gas it crackled, unfortunately I cant seem to find anything close to that exhaust. Now that my car is has Ptunings turbo kit installed and I couldn't be happier with it, Im still searching for that perfect exhaust note.

Here is a clip of how the 4 cylinder supercharged lotus after installing the Larini Race exhaust. Scroll to 15sec... video was not made by me :bellyroll:

So can anyone point me in the right direction when it comes to this type of exhaust?

This is the exhaust that was installed on my Lotus.

I was wondering if it would be possible to customize this exhaust to fit on the FRS ?

The Lotus has a smaller engine so by default it'll put out a higher exhaust tone (frequency) than the 86. No amount of changing exhaust piping will fix that. It's physics. You might be able to rig up a series of resonators to cut out lower frequencies though but that just seems kinda silly to me.

Getting a flat four to have a high pitch sound is like getting a Tuba to sound like a Clarinet.

Getting a turbo engine to sound like that will be very difficult, see the current F1 car engine note vs past year cars.

The turbo acts like a muffler/resonator and drops the tone much lower.
