Movies that everyone under 25 should be required to watch

There's a pretty high concentration of younger folks on here. Which is awesome, because I also got into cars at an early age. But sometimes making movie references is pointless because there is such a huge gap between what was a good movie 30, 20 or even 10 years ago vs today.

So post up movies that every person under 25 should put in their movie queue, and a good quote from it or scene description.

I'm gonna start with 5 in no particular order.

Pulp Fiction - "Bring out the gimp"
Anchor Man - "60% of the time, it works EVERY time"
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas - "What do you mean this isn't a reasonable place to park?!"
Monty Python and The Holy Grail - "Now go away, or I shall taunt you a second time!"
Apocalypse Now - "I love the smell of napalm in the morning!"
