http://i1209.photobucket.com/albums/...o/DSC_7512.jpg http://i1209.photobucket.com/albums/...flowdesign.jpg I'm selling this JL W7 enclosure for a friend. I'm in the Chicago area and he's asking $500 firm plus shipping. Should you want this monster in your FR-S/BRZ, I did some basic measurements and I believe it will fit but I haven't actually put this in my trunk yet (for a serious buyer, we would make the effort) JL Audio's patented High Output Enclosures are designed to deliver the ultimate high-performance bass experience with a rare combination of superb sound quality and awesome output. JL Audio's patented, chamber-coupled port design (U.S. patent #6,625,292) wraps around the inner enclosure boundary and terminates just above the woofer, coupling the port output to the woofer's direct output. This also provides the necessary surface area and port length to maximize the performance of the W7 driver. This enclosure design has been carefully engineered to the optimum ported alignment for the 10W7-3 and has been fine-tuned through extensive real-world listening. The high power handling of the 10W7, combined with the efficiency of this subwoofer system, produce a devastating performance combination. This subwoofer system is shipped wired, loaded and ready to connect via a five-way binding post terminal. While no grille is provided, the recessed mounting baffle provides some protection for the woofer. The angled-back design saves precious cargo space by allowing the enclosure to fit tightly against the back of a vehicle's rear seat. Finish: Black, high-grade automotive carpet, with red carpet on woofer baffle. Construction: CNC-Cut High-Grade MDF Recommended amplifier power: 300 - 750W Nominal Impedance: 3 Ω |
Bump for a very nice sounding sub. I used to own one of these and it feels like its two 10"s pounding.

Bump for this Monday afternoon...
|
I'm gonna chime in here and say I used to have the 12W6-v2 version of this enclosure. It was quite literally the loudest single 12" I'd ever heard (Until I heard a W7) while at the same time being capable of the best sound quality I ever heard from an automotive sub. Bump for a badass sub.

How much would shipping be to 78245?

Can't be higher than 13" for it to fit.
|
Surely this can't fit... can it? If that's a 10 inch sub, the box looks almost twice as high as that... perhaps somewhere around 18 inch.... no?

Replaces Back Seat?
