Products to recommend to repair internal plastic scratch
 

Hi guys, has only driven the BRZ for a month are there are some minor scratch near the door and near starter button. what product will it work best to hide those scratch??

Plastidip the whole scratched trim piece.

hmm thats a gd idea, but i would like to retain the original look at the moment.

Every piece of the interior is so easy to scratch it's pretty ridiculous.

Try WD40 if the scratch is not too bad.

Try meguires interior cleaner "supreme shine" with scotch guard, I use it for my interior and most scratches disappear and it leaves a nice glossy clean interior! Looks almost like new! 👍Attachment 89844

I had some scratches in the cargo area of the last car I traded in. The panels were the same color as in my FR-S.

Doing a Google search I found a number of things that others have tried: from replacing the panels, taking the panels out and spraying them, to using Vaseline/petroleum jelly, toothpaste, Magic Erasers, Sharpies, crayons, 303 Aerospace Protectant, Armor All, Novus Scratch Remover, PlastX, Mother’s Back to Black, heat guns/hair dryers with grain pattern paper or just your finger, super glue/sandpaper/vinyl dye or plastic paint.

I found the best method to cover the scratches was to use a multi-surface acrylic paint. Specifically this one, the satin black, with a fine artist's brush, http://www.decoart.com/multisurface/ I found the paint at Hobby Lobby for $1.68. It's also available at other stores.
