Meets around SC
 

I'm a student at the University of South Carolina in Columbia and I was just wondering if their are any car meets around there and how often. I really appreciate the feedback! Thanks!

There used to be a Saturday meet regularly in random parking lots around the city. However, police here have nothing better to do with their time than to bust people for parking their cars and talking...

...like when's the last time saw someone here pulled for failure to use a turn signal?!

I have some new friends in the scene who just moved out from California, they're looking to get some solid meets going, I'll keep you posted!

Just cars in general! love talking cars but there aren't a whole lot of college kids interested in that! haha

Meet this Friday evening, 7:30 @ Ryan's Steakhouse parking lot on Harbison Blvd.

It's the two year anniversary meet for Select Modified here in Columbia, SC. It's a club organized meet, but anyone and everyone are welcome. My friend Aaron runs the club, so feel free to come on out...they'll appreciate any participation I'm sure!

There's a monthly Cars & Coffee at the Sandhill mall. Pro Auto is hosting a 86 meet on October 11th at their shop.

Date/Time for the Cars and Coffee?

The event on October 11th is The Second Annual 86 Mega Meet hosted by Pro Auto, located on Gasden St. It's running from 12-6PM.

I went to one at those at Sandhills. The electric supercharger was kind-of a hit, but answering the same questions 50 times kinda sucked.

The Cars & Coffee last Saturday had a decent turn out. They announced on Facebook that future events will take place on the 3rd Thursday of each month, and a coffee provider will be returning.

Anything new in the works around town? I'm working in a new shop now and have every other Saturday off...so may actually be able to make some of these meets during the day now.

April 26th Proauto LLC is holding another car show. Check out southeast 86 on facebook for info on more meets.

What about those of us who don't Facebook?! :bonk:

Um not sure what to tell ya, we are over 800 members strong in the southeast area, that's how we all communicate, we don't normally post meets here.

Anyone interested in a TRD exhaust?
