Window scratches

My windows are getting some really bad scratches anytime I roll my windows down, I have taken it to the dealer (major douches) and they said it was dirt that caused it tough luck. I saw in a thread someone said there was a tsb out there but all I have found is this

tsb info:
S-SB-0009-14

Outside Door Weatherstrip - Multiple Concerns

Some 2013 – 2014 model year FR-S vehicles may exhibit multiple concerns from the Outer
Weatherstrip (belt molding).
The cross section of the weatherstrip has been revised to limit the amount of water passing into
the door. If the felt attached to the window stabilizers/guides accumulate water, the vehicle may
also make noise from the stabilizers/guides during window operation. In some cases, the felt on
the stabilizers/guides may freeze to the window or detach from the plastic backing and damage
the window.
Symptoms may include:
• Noise coming from the weatherstrip during window operation, especially when wet.
• Loosening of the weatherstrip from the door.
• Inversion of the weatherstrip during window operation.
• Noise from the stabilizers/guides during window operation.
• Scratches on the glass from worn stabilizers.

The dealer couldn't find this so I was wondering if anyone had any information on this?

Mine make the same a noise too. Because I work a a Honda dealership. They said it's just dirty and needs to be clean. I haven't done it yet.

I've got the same problem but only on my passenger side. Was thinking of polishing it out, but if it's gonna keep happening i don't know

There's a bulletin on it and any reputable dealership should be taking care of it on the spot for you.

The TSB doesn't specifically specify replacement of the glass, but they should be replaced on an as-needed basis. We've replaced glass on two of the cars we've done at the dealership.
