so if I get these and I'm on coilovers I'd have to raise 20mm to maintain my current ride height?

From what I understand, yes. The Stance LCA's have a dip where the strut connects. That dip costs you 20mm of height. In the stance world, that's awesome, cause that's 20mm less that your coilover needs to be adjusted.

For normal strut use, and performance folk, you need to make up for that 20mm on these LCA's or you're wheels are 20mm closer to your fender, wheel arches, etc.
