Hello all.

Picked up a new 2014 Limited WRB BRZ recently in NJ. Got the extended 100,000 mile warranty so i plan on keeping it stock for now.

On Rt 73 yesterday i saw a WRB BRZ and i flashed my high beams and got a flash back. Sweet!
Glad to be a Subaru Owner!

Congrats! I get mine tomorrow. Is the extended warranty limited in years also?

Still have to go through the "Finance Rep" phase tomorrow so I am trying to do some research and have my mind set before sitting down to discuss this. I think I will want to start modding my car at some point so may pass on that.

I originally got the extended warranty, but after reading on here about people getting denied when they went to an autocross or track day, I said hell with it. Just and FYI, you have 90 days to cancel the warranty. Since I am autocrossing my car, and will be doing track days and mods to it, I called and cancelled. They just required a signed form and I got all my money back.

Skip the warranty. bumper to bumper is 3/36, if you are going to have issues like condensation, lifting dash, peeling steering wheel etc. they WILL occur in that frame, and even if you get the extended warranty they just replace the part with the same one so :iono:

Powertrain is already 5/60k, IMO if you haven't blown it up in 60k you probably won't in 100k

Plus I like mods :D
