Ready to note?
 

Anyone else waiting for the Galaxy Note 4? My upgrade was due over 6 months ago, I hope this is well worth the wait.

Sorta. I'm getting really bored of iOS and iPhones, but I've never really been convinced yet to switch to a Galaxy phone.

Sorta. My upgrade has been due for a couple of weeks. Looked at the S5, looked at the G3.. decided to keep the S4 for now, but the Note 4 is a potential winner.

Not into phablets, someone mind elaborating why they're into it? The downsides of portability, ergonomics, and battery life are huge turnoffs to me and if anything my current phone is too big for my tastes (4.7" HTC One, so far I enjoy the 4.3" to 4.5" range).

The note is cool but I consider it more of a tablet. IMO it is too big to carry around and think of as a phone, unless you carry a purse/bag. It functions great but for me in what I want/need out of a cellphone it is too much. But hey, I still have a flip phone with keyboard so what do I know.

I'm waiting until the day cell phones are the size of our faces. I like my cell phone to be able to fit into my pocket without stabbing my thigh. Also, if you're going to get this, you might as well just carry a tablet around. The iPhone 5 and Galaxy S3 were the perfect size cell phones. After that they just got ridiculous.

I have a Surface Pro with Cisco IP Communicator installed on it, which binds to my VOIP phone at my desk. One step ahead of you.

Most likely going to get it. Going to wait a bit and see if they release a GPe of it. If not I'll just but it and root it.
