European fuel/coolant gauge face
 

This is a slightly strange desire, but I want to get the gauge face for the fuel / coolant section that has a fuel gauge that, instead of being labeled "F .. E", it's labeled "1/1... 1/2... R". This would match the fuel gauge for the 1st-generation Scion tC, and would also match with the fuel gauges of many other European-market cars.

It's a bit of a strange part to hunt down, but it should be fairly possible, even if the idiot light cutouts are slightly different.
