BC extreme spring rate

Hi, I want to buy BC extreme low coilovers and I'm not sure if I should go 8k or 10 k springs all around. I don't want to wait more time to have 10k installed and Idk If they will be extremely too stiff? It seems like most go 10k but do you think 8k will be fine for normal driving while at or near max low with all the collars etc. Still in? Thanks

I went 8k, I felt 10k would've been too rough with me. It's bumpy, but nothing to really complain about. I daily drive my car for around 70 miles a day going to school and coming home. I believe @636 has or had 10k on his BC Racing ones, I may be mistaken though.

I have 9k, I wish I went 12k though. :|

The 9k works well though.
