Hey guys, I just thought I'd stop by to save some of you a bit of time and trouble - David Maus Scion up here in Sanford is double-stickering and marking up the FR-S by $3000. Pretty disappointing behavior from a dealership with such great reviews.

Man many of these Scion dealers are out of thier mind.

No kidding. I was initially torn between the FR-S and the BRZ, but the Scion dealerships are making this decision VERY easy.

Heh. These guys have a truly hot car for once in their lives, you can't fault them for trying. Reality will set in soon enough... and then they'll be discounting them.

The "Protecting the consumer" tagline in the top right is comedy gold as well.

This is VERY disappointing! I was just at David Maus on Monday and they did not have any markup. I really don't know what these guys are thinking??

I am new here and mean no disrespect but I can assure you that David Maus Scion is charging straight MSRP for the FRS. I saw (2) at their location.

I have bought many vehicles from the Toyota location and had great experiences.

I called them earlier today and confirmed that they've dropped the markup - the markup was valid as of the date this post was made but I'll update the main post to reflect their current pricing.
