It's still under the current 140tw minimum for Street class.... rain or not.

Scooby South 08-20-2014 07:26 PM

ahhh I see your dilemma ..'Street'.. I think it was meant for the R-comp guys

chkltcow 08-20-2014 07:27 PM

Oh. So they don't break out "Street" and "Street R" in this, it seems. Nevermind.

LOL

#14280 S2000 Move to CS Proposal
Please refer to the response to letter #14384.

Yeah, seems like the SAC handles both Street and Street-R. They should be clearer with their language.

Speaking of which, this "toe link" STAC clarification, what is it actually talking about and how does it affect us twin STX folks?

#13859 Toe Link Clarification
In regards to the 2008 Impreza WRX rear suspension the STAC considers the rear lower arm to be a control arm and
the front lower arm to be a toe link.

how can I gain access to see the individual proposals? do I have to be an SCCA member?

That sounds about right.

What do you mean? The individual letters? No one gets that but the ACs and the SEB. This Fasttrack is public and tells you everything.

Strangely enough they are using the right language. "Street" is the only category that exists. Street-R is an Appendix A add-on to the category. Discontinued tires is covering with "Street" with section 13.3.B.5...

this tells me nothing...

I am particularly interested in the quality of the proposals, what kind of language are the members using? Like the proposal to move the 370z, if it was written along the lines of "yo, motherfukas, dat 370z be pissin on us like R Kelly n shit, move dat bitch to a higher class or ELSE, peace!" I don't suppose it would be taken seriously...

:)
