Vinyl Wrap and paint
 

Hi all,

I am curious to do a black vinyl wrap for my white FRS top (roof) to have a color contrast. However I am concern that with the weather overtime and heat, would there be a color difference between the paint underneath the wrap versus to the rest of the car surface couple years later if I decide to remove the wrap? That's the only concern that prevents me from getting a wrap.

I subscribed to this thread because I have a SWP BRZ and recently got my roof wrapped in gloss black vinyl. I have no clue what it'll look like when I remove it. But I know one thing, when I do remove it, I'll be getting it painted black anyway as I love the look.

Anybody know?
