What are these fog light bumper covers ?
What are these fog light bumper covers.

Well, they certainly look like they're there to reduce drag, don't they.

I think they are custom made for Scion for the the Celebrity Cars they use for the PRO/AM race for the Long Beach Grand Prix.. @moto Miwa should probably have info on them
