Eibach Sportline, 18x8 35, 18x9 38, 245F/265R tire/wheel fitment Q

I've spent hours trying to find the answer to this, I apologize in advance for starting another thread, but this information will be very useful to know. My problem is I don't have the car in my possession, so I can't test this myself.

I'm currently running the Eibach Sportline springs and have 18x8 offset 35 front, 18x9 offset 38 rear ESM-004 wheels. Mounted on the wheels I have 245/40/18 front and 265/35/18 rear Direzza ZII.

Has anyone run this setup by any chance? I know I'm probably pushing the limits of tire widths with those offsets so that's why I'm hoping someone might be able to offer advice, I have the option to have the fenders rolled if needed by the shop it is at, so I'm trying to figure out if I should do that or not.

Thanks in advance guys, much appreciated!

I am running 8.5, 9.5 with 42 offsets on 235 and 265 on those springs. NO issue for me.. but you are a little wider in the tread and less stretch.. You will not need to roll the fenders (the FRS/BRZ barely has a fender to roll!)
