Reaching out to everyone I can for my little Co-Pilot

We're dealing with an injury to our baby right now in the family and medical bills are adding up quickly. Reaching out to everyone I possibly can to help.

If 6,976 people donate $0.86, then we have his surgery fully covered :D

Deepest thanks,
Our Family

We're in the process of moving and he bolted out the door when we were carrying a box in, got hit by a van doing ~45mph :(

Fractured Pelvis, tons of road rash. Prognosis is life, possibly limp/lose leg though :(

Prognosis is life, -Full- Recovery isn't totally likely. -Worst- Scenario he loses his leg, best is in the ballpark of keeping it/surgery and possible arthritis meds in a few years. No Surgery is what we're hoping for, might be able to pull it off with little to no range of motion loss. Just hoping for the best right now.

Morning Update: Rebel is able to get up and walk around (On 3 legs). Lots of discomfort (of course, dude has a broken pelvis). Doctors worried about him not going to the bathroom, and I told them he's always been like that, maybe one trip out a day. He's off his IV pain meds and onto just oral pain meds. Everything as far as the road to recovery looks like we're doing well. Should be picking him up ~5 today.

Wife didn't have the heart to keep him kenneled up. He pretty much hopped up on the bed on his own then laid down. Been cuddling ever since. Breathing is steady and hasn't been screaming :)

He's drinking and ate a little bit. It's really difficult to keep him confined as he's such a punk about it, but we're managing. He's not showing extreme signs of pain just grumbles here and there
